All-new design – new GT5-12 design follows the guidelines of the more expensive JBL subwoofers combining classic elements with modern design cues.

Significantly improved power handling capabilities – the new GT5-12 handles as much as 275/1100W (RMS/Peak) power and offers nearly 20% higher Xmax than previous GT4-12.

Increased reliability – with its fully vented motor structure and the rubber coated tinsel leads new GT5-12 is able to withstand even the biggest bass tortures.

Dual-stacked oversized magnets – unlike competing entry-level subwoofers the new GT5-12 is based on a solid motor structure featuring two large magnets covered by the classic JBL rubber ring.
