Want more control over your sound system? Alpine's CDE-9842 CD player lets you shape the sound of your music with the Bass Engine system. You can set your subwoofer level, change the frequencies affected by the bass and treble controls, and more — right from the driver's seat.

You also get a loudness control for fuller sound, along with the ability to assign different tone settings for each of your music sources. Alpine included a strong built-in amplifier that fills your speakers with crisp, clean sound. If that's not enough, you can add firepower by connecting an amplifier or powered sub to the set of preamp outputs.
